영양상태 판정 방법을 익히고 각 방법의 원리와 활용 능력을 기르는 것을 목적으로 한다.
*교과목 목표 식사섭취조사, 생화학적 조사, 체위조사, 임상 조사의 의미와 장단점을 공부하고 더 나아가 다른 대상자와 환자에게 적용하는 방법을 익히며 실제로 적용하는 실습을 병행함으로 수업시간에 배운 내용과 원칙을 실제 사례에 적용하는 방법을 공부하여 영양판정의 원칙을 응용할 수 있는 능력을 배양한다. 또한 영양판정 활용 사례를 탐구함으로써 영양판정을 학문적으로 이해할 수 있도록 돕는다. 이를 통해 한국인의 최근의 만성질병의 동향을 파악한 후 영양판정의 적용법을 탐구한다.

The purpose of the Chapter is to develop the nutrition judgment method and to develop the principle and skills of each method.
* To learn the meanings and benefits of the subject area dietary survey, biochemistry, physical investigation, and clinical investigation, and to learn and apply the actual practice to other subjects and patients with the principles of making informed decisions. It also helps students to gain an academic understanding of nutrition judgment by exploring the use cases for nutrition judgment. Through these efforts, Koreans will be informed of recent trends in chronic diseases, and then explore the application of nutrition judgment
